Shipping & Returns

U.S.A. ORDERS (SHIP TIME: 5-7 DAYS)

All orders in continental US receive free shipping. Note that this policy may be subject to change. Orders paid for will be fulfilled within 3 days. Our third party shipping company will then take up to four days for delivery. This is subject to change based on external factors.

After your order has been marked as shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number for your order. We ship via USPS, FedEx, DHL and UPS for American orders. 

CANADA ORDERS (SHIP TIME: 5-7 DAYS)

All orders in Canada receive free shipping. Note that this policy may be subject to change. Orders paid for will be fulfilled within 3 days. Our third party shipping company will then take 2-10 days for delivery. This is subject to change based on external factors.

After your order has been marked as shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number for your order. We ship via Canada Post for Canadian orders.

 

RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Koyal Beauty purchase, please return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. However, all sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.  

To process your refund, and you meet the eligibility requirements, please e-mail us at info@koyalbeauty.com and provide your:
- Name
- Order number
- Item(s) you are returning
- Reason for refund

We will respond to your request within 3 business days.


Reimbursement
We will issue your refund within 5 business days of receiving your return. You will be notified via e-mail once the refund has been processed. The refunded amount should be available on your original method of payment within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment method.

 

EXCHANGES

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you'd like to exchange your product for the same item, please email us at info@koyalbeauty.com

Please note that we will only exchange products that are unopened and unused, and sent via tracked shipping. Return mail costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and we are not responsible for any additional shipping costs.

 

ORDER ISSUES

If you experience issues with your order, such as being delivered damaged products or the wrong items, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery and we will do everything in our power to make things right!

 

LOST ORDERS

If your order shows as delivered in our system but you have not received your package, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
