I've struggled a lot in finding a face wash that helps my skin and finally found one! I got a sample in my Ipsy bag and was stunned by how immediately my skin felt softer, smoother, and I almost immediately stopped breaking out. I ordered the largest size as fast as I could! Unfortunately my first package had some postal issues and got sent back, and then back to me. Sadly, when it arrived the container was broken. I was worried that it may be an issue that this was already my second delivery but Preeti immediately had another sent out when I had asked if there was anything that could be done! There was even a lip balm included with a handwritten note on the invoice saying it was complimentary. I'd give ten stars if I could for the product, and another ten stars for how helpful and sweet the support team is! Thank you so much :D

I purchased this specifically to use the week after I receive micro needling treatment (every 3 months). This face wash is about a 1 on a scale of 1-10 for irritation; far far less than other "sensitive skin" products I've tried. Using this post-treatment, it doesn't leave my skin with the feel of enhanced moisture/softness, but it does t leave my skin feeling tight/dry. So far, this is the best gel face wash I've found for after micro needling.

I have very sensitive skin and have tried a lot of higher end products but nothing really helped as much as this product. It’s also very hydrating!

There was no fragrance at all that would irritate my skin, so I appreciate that. Also, it's like a quick rinse, so it won't keep lathering up more suds when you add water to your face. Afterwards, I'm left with a clean face, and it doesn't strip away too much moisture where it feels like a desert.
