The Starter Set for Sensitive Skin and Dry Skin

I've struggled a lot in finding a face wash that helps my skin and finally found one! I got a sample in my Ipsy bag and was stunned by how immediately my skin felt softer, smoother, and I almost immediately stopped breaking out. I ordered the largest size as fast as I could! Unfortunately my first package had some postal issues and got sent back, and then back to me. Sadly, when it arrived the container was broken. I was worried that it may be an issue that this was already my second delivery but Preeti immediately had another sent out when I had asked if there was anything that could be done! There was even a lip balm included with a handwritten note on the invoice saying it was complimentary. I'd give ten stars if I could for the product, and another ten stars for how helpful and sweet the support team is! Thank you so much :D
